I can't say enough about the buying experience at Bill Harris CDJR in Ashland, OH. I live in Tennessee and found the truck I was looking for online at this dealership, hundreds of miles away from my home. I left an message for someone to contact me and I had the good fortune of dealing with Client Manager, Tim Barnett. First he sent me a very detailed video of the truck so that I could see what I was buying. His follow up was excellent throughout the process. He even sent me a video of the truck just before it was driving off by the driver transporting it to me. That's customer service! I would also like to commend Jessica Nicholas in the Finance department as well. She was very easy to work with, an excellent communicator and made the finance process seamless. Overall, this was a five star buying experience and I'm happy to recommend Bill Harris CDJR to anyone nationally looking to buy a car or truck brand that they sell and service. Thank you Tim and Jessica!

Coming from 500 miles away, this dealership is AWESOME. No way any other dealer will ever be able to compare to their level of professionalism. They checked up on me my entire journey, kept me posted. Even called me the next day to make sure my new truck was good, and that I got home safe. They were ready for me when I got there. Nate, Jake, Nick, Bailey and everybody there was welcoming and extremely pleasant to deal with. If I could buy every one of my next vehicles from them I would. 500 mile journey was worth it. They treat every customer as if they were their next door neighbor. In and out. A+++

I’ve had a refreshing and amazing experience with the sales and finance team at Bill Harris Dodge. I asked Tim for the best price on a Ram 3500 and he replied with an offer that beat at least 6 other dealerships for similarly equipped vehicles- by a long shot. I’m an out of state buyer but this will be the first place I call in the future. Tim, Jessica, Jonathan- you all were so professional and kind. I’m so happy with my purchase. Thank you so much.

Bought my car from out of state and the transaction went very smoothly. I flew in and was picked up by a very friendly shuttle driver, who dropped me off at the dealership. Highly recommend this dealership. Small place with a very good selection of cars.
